| Ed
has served as music director, conductor, arranger and pianist
for many shows, concerts, television, movies, and recording
projects. He recently returned from Miami where he served as
music director/arranger for the world premiere of the new musical
Boulevard of Broken Dreams at the Coconut Grove Playhouse.
Ed was music director for productions of Lucky Stiff, Floyd
Collins, Extraordinary!, A Tribute to Stephen Schwartz, The
Robber Bridegroom and Where's Charley? He has conducted
orchestras throughout the USA, Europe and Asia. His keyboard
playing has backed up Rickie Martin, Antonio Banderas, Englebert
Humperdink, Rickie Lee Jones and many others. Ed is currently
the music director for Fred Travelina. Ed's music can be heard
on such films as Tales from the Hood, Sister Act II, The
Marrying Man, & Chaplin, XIU, XIU (The Girl Who Was Sent
Down), Dangerous Minds, Born Yesterday. Recent TV shows
include All American Girl, Meet My Folks (on camera pianist),
Bash (Showtime), Opportunity Knocks, Before They Were
Stars, Houston Medical, Divorce Court and LAPD. He
is currently arranging an album of Italian Songs for Robert
Davi as well as a CD project with Norman Large. |
